Other Nafasi Investment Platforms

Committed to enhancing the financial prosperity of its members, Nafasi Multipurpose Cooperative is on a relentless quest to explore new investment platforms. Presently, Nafasi has strategically diversified into three key investment avenues:

01
🏡

Real Estate Ventures

In the realm of real estate, Nafasi has leveraged opportunities to acquire land for its members, ensuring both capital appreciation and interest paid by members who acquire the properties. This sector offers stability and long-term growth potential, aligning with the cooperative's objectives of sustainable wealth creation.

02
📈

Unit Trust Portfolios

Unit trusts represent another avenue through which Nafasi has channelled investments. By pooling resources with other investors, members benefit from diversified portfolios managed by professionals. This avenue not only mitigates risk but also provides access to diverse asset classes, including equities, bonds, and money market instruments.

03
💳

Credit Facilities

Moreover, Nafasi's foray into credit facilities has empowered members by providing access to affordable financing options. Through prudent lending practices, the cooperative fosters entrepreneurship and economic empowerment within its membership, thereby contributing to local development and resilience.

🎯

Strategic Investment Outlook (2024–2034)

Looking ahead, Nafasi's Investments Committee remains vigilant, continuously scanning the financial landscape for emerging opportunities. Over the next decade, this committee will evaluate various investment options to scale to at least 10 platforms and achieve a net worth of UGX 3 Billion by 2034. Proposals for new ventures are presented to the General Assembly, ensuring transparency and collective decision-making.
