About Us
Nafasi is a multi-purpose cooperative society formed to pool funds to
establish businesses for profit as well as build strong social capital
for her members. Nafasi is a Kiswahili word that means opportunity.
Nafasi
is registered with the Ministry of Cooperatives under the Cooperatives
Act CAP 112 (1991) and the cooperatives societies’ regulations (1992)
Mission
To provide a solid infrastructure through which CSO staff and their families can create and accumulate wealth for education, healthcare, housing, leisure and retirement.
Vision
To be the most prosperous cooperative society, transforming the economic and social wellbeing of Civil Society Organization (CSO) staff in Uganda.
